Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a first look at the next version of Nebraska Coeds. The redesign is taking shape, and the aim is to give the site a clearer, more welcoming layout while keeping the identity you recognize.

The preview brings our familiar logo together with warm cream backgrounds, charcoal panels and red accents. Larger headings and more space around each section give the pages a calmer feel, with the collection and the site's story both easy to spot.

Work in progress: a preview of the new Nebraska Coeds design with sample content. Final appearance and features may change.

Some of the design details we're developing:

• A refreshed look built around the established Nebraska Coeds logo.
• Clear navigation between the homepage, updates and our story.
• A prominent place for archive search and neatly arranged update cards.
• Layouts designed to adapt from a desktop screen to a phone.

This is an early look at the direction we're developing. The screenshot uses sample content, and details may change before the new version is ready.

Thanks for being here, whether you're a longtime member or visiting for the first time. I'm looking forward to sharing more as the redesign comes together.

Jim
